By accessing or using the Rentify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rentify and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ethiopia and foreign countries.
A valid payment method is required for paying accounts. Free accounts do not require a payment method. Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for your business operations. You shall not modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the Service or falsely imply that your service is associated with Rentify.
In no event shall Rentify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rentify and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
